February 24th, 2010 the 9th Annual Scavenger Hunt took place at Heritage Village & Botanical Gardens. This is the second year we have shot digital photos rather than film and we have the hang of it now. Each participant was given a list of 8 subjects and and were only allowed to shoot 24 photos of the subjects. It was their choice how many shots they used on each subject. Everyone had a wonderful time and the Luncheon on March 9th at Cypress Run Golf Club where the judging took place was wonderful. All club members and outside guests were invited to join in at that luncheon where the processed photos were returned to the participants along with a series of voting ballots. The Photos were laid out and all club members present were able to take part in the judging. Each category was awarded a first place. The 8 winners were then re-judged by all club members present for the shows top honors:
